TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEADLINES Deadlines are critical. Please note there will be a 10% surcharge to total cost if copy, slides, or changes arrive later than October 3, 2008. Order is subject to a 25% surcharge if materials are received after November 7, 2008.

ELECTRONIC IMAGES Private Colleges & Universities is responsible for and retains the rights and ownership to all final graphic design, electronic files, typesetting and proofs. If an individual college chooses to scan images and supply them electronically rather than sending slides or transparencies, the college thereby accepts responsibility for how these images reproduce on the printed page. PC&U reserves the right to pass along to those colleges the cost of color corrections required to make electronically supplied images conform to industry standards.

PROOFS Prompt approval or amendment to all proofs is required. Any changes after final approval are subject to extra charges.

CANCELLATIONS No alteration of a contract is valid except as mutually agreed in writing by both parties. Thirty (30) days written notice is required for a college to cancel or terminate a contract. The party will be charged 75% of the total order cost for any contract cancellations after September 19, 2008.
