PDF FILES PDF files with all fonts embedded and high-resolution graphics (grayscale or color TIFFs at 300 dpi, and lineart at 1200 dpi). They may be submitted via email or sent on CD.

QUARK DOCUMENTS Quark version 6.5 documents should be submitted on disk. Include all the supporting, high-resolution artwork (TIFF and EPS) and fonts for the document.

INDESIGN DOCUMENTS InDesign documents should also be submitted on disk with all supporting, high-resolution artwork and fonts.

FILM We will still accept film, however, you will be charged $50 for black and white art or $300 for 4-color art to cover the cost of copy dot scanning. Negatives should be right-reading, emulsion side down, 150 line screen.
Regardless of how you submit your ad, please provide a laser printed proof of your ad or a Matchprint or equivalent for color ads in order to ensure color accuracy in reproduction. Please label any disks you would like returned with your address.
